Booking Gym and Swim
In order to allow us to limit the number of people in the gym or pool at any one time, we have set up sessions that are bookable online. In order to access these, please select classes in the search box, leave the activity set to All Classes and choose the day and time period you are looking for.
How far can I book ahead?
Classes can be booked 7 days in advance by members. Non members are unable to book in advance. Online bookings can be made up to 60 minutes prior to the start time.
Cancellations for Classes and Bookings
Should you wish to cancel or move a booking, 24 hours notice is required prior to the start time of the activity. If you fail to attend a pre-booked activity (or do not give the required notice) you may be liable for the cost of this booking at full standard adult charge and an administration charge of £1.50. Customers with arrears against their membership may have their membership account suspended.
New Users
If you are using the online booking for the first time you must first register by clicking the register link on the top right of the screen. You will be taken through the registration process and emailed an activation link. If you have difficulties registering please contact Stafford Leisure Centre on 01785 619500 or Stone Leisure Centre on 01785 334855
Returning Customers
Simply log-in using the link above with your user name and password.
How to book online
Log-in
- Please select All Classes from the search box...
- Select preferred dates and times...
- Click search...
- Add booking to the basket.
- Either return to the search menu to book something else or
- Click "I accept the terms and conditions" (the terms and conditions are available to see using the link) to take you through to the checkout.
- Click "make bookings" to finalise the checkout
Please note:
- The customer making the booking must be a participant in the booked activity so simultaneous bookings are not allowed.
